Back by popular demand, the Hilton Waikoloa Village and Tiger Jones Productions present Salsa en Fuego! Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Hawaii’s hottest Latin band Son Caribe. Time: 7pm at Hilton Waikoloa Village Monarchy Ballroom. Cost: $30. Prior to the performance, from 3:30-5pm, Hawai State Salsa Champions Phillip Duong and Kimberly Tordjman will be teaching an intermediate salsa workshop for $10/person. Kokua Kailua Village Stroll

Free Hawaiian music featuring the Merrie Monarchs Men’s Glee Club and Kumu Hula Etua Lopes and his Halau Na Pua Ui O Hawai’i on the Palace’s South Lawn at 4 p.m., presented by the Daughters of Hawaii. Bring your own beach mat or chair.
